Güller Güller architecture urbanism is looking for an experienced and ambitious URBANIST-ARCHITECT for our strategic urban design projects in France, Luxembourg, Switzerland and the Netherlands.
The position is for a multi-year employment with the goal of a long-term collaboration.
Start of work: from November 2024 or asap in our Rotterdam office, NL.
Güller Güller is an internationally operating urban design and architecture firm. We are currently heading a series of LONG-TERM EMBLEMATIC URBAN DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS IN FRANCE, LUXEMBOURG AND SWITZERLAND. The office distinguishes itself by its working method in interdisciplinary design teams and its large and diverse range of projects, including strategic urban planning as much as architecture and the realization of public spaces. We approach the changing conditions of the redevelopment of our cities in a comprehensive and innovative way, and on all scales.

You will namely be working in the design and operational stages of our projects in the City of Luxembourg, where we are developing a particularly green urban district for 7000 inhabitants on the Kirchberg plateau, as well as in the Center of Toulouse, where we are leading the urban redevelopment around Toulouse Central Railway station on a perimeter of 135 ha.
You have at least 5 YEARS OF WORKING EXPERIENCE ON MEDIUM AND LARGE-SCALE URBAN DESIGN PROJECTS (preferably in a French speaking context) and you:
- have great urban design skills and creativity
- bring in a strong sensitivity for the quality of living environments and the climate-induced changes to the organization of our  societies
- are passionate for the design and organization of urban spaces in an integral and interdisciplinary design process
- are experienced in all phases of the design development of urban projects as well as the elaboration of operational planning  documents and quality manuals
- have solid experience with sustainable design processes (taking into account social, mobility-related, economic and environmental  aspects) and planning regulation
- experience in the design and realization of public spaces is a plus
- contribute to an excellent working atmosphere, are independent, enthusiastic and rigorous
- are proficient in Autocad, ADOBE CS as well as a 3D design tool
- skills in communicating in French is a plus
Güller Güller architecture urbanism is looking for an experienced SENIOR ARCHITECT / PROJECT ARCHITECT for the design development and execution planning of our architectural projects in Luxembourg, France and Switzerland.
The aim is a multi-year employment and a long-term collaboration.

We aim at designing and building innovative and sustainable, high quality living and working environments capable of setting the standard for the surrounding developments.

You will be assuming a key-role in our team in THE CONCEPTUAL AND DETAILED TECHNICAL DESIGN AND THE SUPERVISION OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF OUR PROJECTS, during all phases of design development, detailed design, tendering and construction. You will namely be working on the development of a 25.000m2 mixed use building in Luxembourg (definitive design APD/DO starting end of November 2024), as well as several buildings in the heart of our urban transformation project in Kriens, Switzerland (preliminary design start foreseen in Spring 2025).
You have at least 5-7 years of working experience as SENIOR ARCHITECT/PROJECT ARCHITECT in the concept and detailed technical design and construction planning of medium and large scale architectural projects, preferably in a French and German speaking context and you:
- have excellent design and technical detailing skills as well as solid experience in developing mixed-use and housing typologies,  taking into account technical, structural, aesthetic and economic aspects
- have broad experience in all phases of the building process and able to assume responsibility in design and technical detailing,  elaboration of tender documents and visas, as well as in the quality control during the construction phase
- have communication skills to ensure daily collaboration with and monitoring with the technical design team and the client
- have ample experience with internal and external coordination and project management tasks of complex building projects  (preferably in the development of housing and mixed-use typologies) and the monitoring of the quality of the design, process and  schedules
- have a thorough know-how of sustainable building technologies and regulation
- contribute to an excellent working atmosphere, are enthusiast and rigorous and eager to convey your experience to your  colleagues
- are proficient in Autocad, ADOBE CS, and Office
- are skilled in communicating in French and/or German
Project leading experience of an interdisciplinary design team is a plus. Depending on your experience regarding leading of project teams in complex large scale commissions, our office allows you to assume responsibility in our projects which start in 2025.
