URBANIST PROJECT LEADER
Güller Güller architecture urbanism is looking for an experienced PROJECT LEADER for one of the most strategic urban development projects in the city Luxembourg and for our multiple projects in France.
The position is for a multi-year employment with the goal of a long-term collaboration.
Start of work: As soon as possible in our Rotterdam office, NL.

You will be leading a multidisciplinary design team in all phases of our projects (urban masterplanning, quality management and implementation). You will be working in the design and operational phases of the most important and environmentally innovative project of the City of Luxembourg, the realization of a new urban and particularly green district for 7000 inhabitants on the Kirchberg plateau.
You have at least 5-7 years of working experience as project leader on medium and large scale urban projects (preferably in a French speaking context) and you:
- are experienced in the design, coordination and project management of complex urban development projects, as well as in the quality management during the operational phases of such projects
- have project management skills and excellent communication skills in external contacts with the client as well as with our project partners in interdisciplinary teams
- have great design skills and creativity
- are passionate for an integral and interdisciplinary design process
- contribute to an excellent working atmosphere, are enthusiast and rigorous
- are skilled in communicating in French
- are proficient in Autocad, ADOBE CS, and Office
- experience with working in BIM/CIM environments is a plus
Güller Güller architecture urbanism is looking for an EXPERIENCED ARCHITECT/BOUWKUNDIGE WITH AMPLE REVIT BACKGROUND for the design and development of two key building projects on the plateau du Kirchberg in Luxembourg and on the waterfront in Bordeaux.
Start of work: As soon as possible in our Rotterdam office, NL.

You will be joining a team in the design, detailing, tender and execution phase of a 20000m2 mixed use building in Luxembourg, a 10000m2 educational building in Bordeaux (both in wood structure), and several buildings in the heart of an urban transformation project in Kriens, Switzerland.
You have at least 3 years of working experience as Architect working in BIM on building projects (preferably in a French or German speaking context) and:
- have great design skills, creativity and a solid experience in the development of housing and mixed use typologies
- are experienced in all phases of conceptual and detailed design, tendering and the execution phase of the building process
- have skills to collaborate with the technical engineering team on a daily basis
- have built up know-how of innovative building techniques (a.o. wood structure) and regulation
- bring a solid experience and know-how in working in Revit and BIM environment, and in coordinating a team of designers in BIM
- are proficient in Autocad, and ADOBE CS as well as a 3D design tool
- contribute to an excellent working atmosphere, are independent, enthusiastic and rigorous

The position is for a multi-year employment with the goal of a long-term collaboration.
Start of work: As soon as possible in our Rotterdam office, NL.
We offer you an opportunity to get involved in the core of our international building projects, which we all accompany until realization. In our team, you will be RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONCEPTUAL AND DETAILED DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PROJECTS during all phases of design development, detailed design, tendering and building. As such you will be joining the development of a 20000m2 mixed use building in Luxembourg (starting January 2023), a 10000m2 educational building in Bordeaux (both in wood structure), and several buildings in the heart of an urban transformation project in Kriens, Switzerland.

- are experienced in all phases of the building process and keen to have ample responsibility in the conceptual and detailed design, elaboration of tender documents and visas / quality control during the execution phase
- have a thorough know-how of sustainable building techniques (a.o. wood structure) and regulation
- have management and communication skills in external contacts with the client and collaborate at ease with the technical engineering team on a daily basis
- contribute to an excellent working atmosphere, are independent, enthusiastic and rigorous
- are comfortable to work in French and/or German
- are proficient in Autocad, ADOBE CS, and Office
- experience with working in BIM (Revit) is a plus
